By accessing or using PubScout (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

• Provide accurate information when creating an account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

PubScout provides:

• Information about pubs (e.g. drinks, pricing, amenities)
• User-generated content (reviews, submissions, photos)
• Discovery tools for users

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the platform.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Suspicious or abusive behaviour

Your Responsibilities

By submitting content (reviews, pub data, photos), you agree that:

• You own or have the right to share the content
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Licence Granted to PubScout

You grant PubScout a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• Use, display, modify, and distribute your content within the Service

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove, edit, or restrict content at our discretion
• Moderate submissions without notice

• Pub data may be submitted by users or businesses
• We do not verify all listings
• Businesses may claim and manage their listings

PubScout is not liable for:

• Incorrect pricing or product availability
• Outdated or inaccurate pub information

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Use the Service for illegal purposes

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

All platform content (excluding user submissions), including:

• Branding
• Design
• Features

…is owned by PubScout and protected by intellectual property laws.

The Service may include integrations (e.g. maps, analytics). These are governed by their own terms.

We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of pub data
• Availability or uptime
• Suitability for any purpose

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

PubScout shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from reliance on app content
• User-generated inaccuracies

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access:

• Without notice
• For breach of these Terms

You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
